An Erie Philharmonic Symphonic Concert
Perhaps one of the Russian composer's most popular works, Sergei Rachmaninoff's Symphony No. 2 premiered in 1908 to great acclaim. The philharmonic will open with a performance of Nänie by Brahms featuring the Erie Philharmonic Chorus, followed by Beethoven's Violin Concerto featuring David McCarroll.
